Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Kalmateh "Subscribe & Save" orders renew automatically at the frequency you choose (every 1, 2 or 3 months) and are charged to the payment method you used at checkout, at the subscription price shown on the product page (10% off the regular price), plus shipping if applicable.

Manage or cancel anytime
You can skip a delivery, pause, change your frequency, update your payment or shipping details, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account: log in at kalmateh.com, go to "Subscriptions" and select your plan. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.

Timing
To avoid being charged for the next order, please cancel, skip or make changes before your next billing date, which is shown in your account. Changes made after an order has been charged will apply to the following order.

Orders already charged or shipped
Once a subscription order has been charged and shipped, it is subject to our Refund Policy.

Price changes
If the price of a product in your subscription changes, we will notify you by email before your next order is charged.
