Shipping Domestic

We ship to all of the United States, including PO Boxes via DHL Ground and Expedited Service.

Shipping International

To start an international order, please choose your country at check out, and then DHL will calculate the total cost of your order in US Dollars including freight, taxes and duties. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are held at customs.

For Canada orders, we are not responsible for any extra taxes or duties charged. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be unused and undamaged, and it must be returned in its original packaging for refunds.

All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Merchandise returned 30 days after the original purchase date is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Instructions: 

  • Email: hello@kalmateh.com (subject line: RMA) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the invoice generated date. 
  • Place the products inside the original packaging and mail it the following address: 20428 NE 16th pl Miami, FL 33179
    Return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
  • Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment. 
  • Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
